I offer a safe, nurturing environment for women to reconnect with the wisdom of their bodies and feel well in heart and mind. Through gentle awareness, we learn to understand our energies, responses and needs. Yoga supports us in disentangling our felt sense from lingering pain, memory or strain, allowing renewed vitality to emerge.
This class is trauma‑informed. When chronic stress or trauma leaves an imprint, the body holds the story. Yoga offers a pathway to transformation — helping us discharge overwhelm, regulate the nervous system and feel more present.
A Gaia‑Inspired Integrative Practice
With 30 years of experience, I have curated a womb‑centric Gaia method that synthesises teachings from:
- Indo‑Sufi Tantra
- Thai Ayurvedic Yoga & Indigenous Midwifery Arts
- Devotional dance & feminine movement forms
- Well‑woman yoga
Honouring the needs of the female body, womb and heart, I guide restorative and energising movement, breathwork, self‑massage, mudra and meditation.
This approach builds skills in self‑awareness, body literacy, intuition and self‑compassion — pathways to wholeness that help balance our biorhythms, hormones and HRV.

Stress and trauma create pressure — the raw material of inner alchemy. Yoga helps us refine these inner diamonds and bring them to light with Ishq (Love).
Who Is This Class For?
This is a therapeutic class, not an exercise class. It is a non‑judgemental, inclusive space suitable for all women — any ability, body size, shape, age or background. It is open to female‑sexed women at any stage of life.
